What is ACE of Singapore, our partner
Action Community for Entrepreneurship (ACE) is the national voice for the Singapore startup ecosystem, and a key trade association representing the interests of startups in Singapore. ACE has more than 1,500 members.
ACE constantly seeks to build a vibrant and sustainable startup ecosystem in Singapore, and focuses on five key pillars: Startups, Corporations, Institutes of Higher Learning, Risk Capital, and Public Sector. As the driving force behind Singapore as an Innovation Island, ACE is creating a virtual and physical space where ideas, knowledge, and capabilities are transformed into value efficiently.
ACE was established in 2003 by the Singapore Ministry of Trade and Industry, and re-launched as a private sector-led, non-profit organization in 2014. ACE’s Patron is Dr Tan See Leng, Minister for Manpower and Second Minister for Trade and Industry.
Working closely with the Government and startups, ACE aims to promote entrepreneurship, catalyze new growth opportunities, scale startups and build champion enterprises.
Startup support provided by ACE
Amongst others, ACE organizes mentorship, pitching, networking, fundraising, meet-the-VCs, and market access events/programs for our startups.
We identify new and exciting ways to enhance products, solutions, and create new business opportunities for the future. The key ACE programs include BACECamp, CorporACEtion Exchange, Market Insights and ACEpiration. These programs are aimed at helping our startups stay relevant and competitive.
Our three Estonian partner organizations.
- BACECAMP is a structured mentorship and learning programme equipping promising early-stage startups with key insights, best practices, and capabilities to start and grow. It is held at least four times a year.
- CorporACEtion Exchange is a series of pitches by prominent ACE startup members from particular industries to showcase their innovative solutions and services, followed by 1-to-1 thematic matching with startups with solutions for ready adoption by corporates.
- The ACEpiration programme aims to promote an entrepreneurial culture in Singapore, through engagements with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs). ACE and the IHLs share resources, exchange ideas on ecosystem challenges, and build and tap on collaboration opportunities towards driving innovation and understanding the key role that startups play in Singapore’s economy.

Startup event in collaboration with ACE!
Fukuoka City, in collaboration with ACE, will hold an event to promote exchange among the startup ecosystem. Startups and business companies from Fukuoka and Singapore will participate and make pitches. The event outline is as follows:
